Trying to identify a tablet which I have. It is white and oblong with the imprint NL / 276. ## I am also trying to ID a pill. It is a beige oval pill G22 on one side and 500 on the other. ## Reese Pharmaceutical Company lists the tablet with the NL 276 marking as containing 20mgs of Dextromethorphan, and 400mgs of Guaifenesin, it is most commonly used to treat cold symptoms. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, headache, and dry mouth. NDC code: 10956-076 Sandy, it the marking possibly G 32 500? If so, it contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. Was found in a hydrocodone bottle ## If it is stamped Watson 358 or m358 its a Lortab; which Lortab is the brand name of Hydrocodone. ## The tablet with the Z71 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and contains 500mgs of Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar in diabetics. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, hypoglycemia, and diarrhea. (NDC 68382-0760) Payton, Lortab is the name brand for it. (NDC 16590-636, just one example.) However, it should be noted that it no longer contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, due to FDA action, combined medications cannot contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. White scored pill with a 1 on the left side and a 2 on the right side, and nothing on the back of the pill. ## Exelan Pharmaceuticals, a licensed distributor for InvaGen Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat some mood disorders, and certain types of nerve pain. NDC code: 76282-0405 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with?

THANK YOU ## The drug you have ID'd is Panmist JR, you can see a picture of it {link removed due to being broken} ## This is a Panmist JR tablet that contains 45mgs of Pseudoephedrine, and 600mgs of Guaifenesin in a time released formulation. It is most commonly used to treat cold symptoms. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and dry mouth. Is there anything I can help with?

Oblong capsuile that is green and white with R-076 in black on each color of the capsule? ## This is 15mgs Temazepam, a generic for Restoril. This is used to treat anxiety and some cases of insomnia. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, dizziness, headache and slurred speech.

What are these pills? ## This tablet contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic analgesic. This is an old tablet, which has been discontinued by the manufacturer. ## Found them in my cabinet ## I found a white oblong pill with imprint HD 765 with some orange specs on it. Any way to confirm that this is an expired narcotic?

White oblong pill. watson 762 printed on one side. Nothing on the other side. ## Are you certain of the numbers? What country was this found in? There have been a lot of Watson pills popping up recently that I cannot find listed. Does anyone else know what this is? ## Yes I am sure. It might be a generic pill.
