The L374 oblong white pill is generic Excedrin Migraine. I don't understand why everyone has problems looking up drugs. (And by the way, take it from an addict - you shouldn't use, hydrocodone, or any opiates or drugs at all as these can easily cause your heart to stop. Get sober and be somebody that gives back to the world). ## @RockieAnn, Thanks for taking the time to share that pill information. And just to confirm for anyone else who might be reading, this pill is in fact a generic Excedrin, containing: Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine mg (NDC 0113-0374). NOT Hydrocodone. I realize with a lot of people posting for help on identifying something, they don't always know what to type in a search field and may be thinking that it's just easier for someone ...

White oblong pill that has L364 on it ## Hi Helen, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is a white oblong pill with "L374" on one side and blank on the other; the only difference being that one digit. Is there any chance you may have mistaken the 7 for a 6? If so, this particular pill contains a combination of Acetaminophen 250mg + Aspirin 250mg + Caffeine 65mg; An OTC med used for temporarily relieving minor aches & pain associated with headaches, migraines, toothaches, cramps, arthritis, and other similar conditions... For verification, the manufacturer is reported to be Perrigo Co. I hope this helps!

I whent to the hospital last night and they gave me a L 371 pill I don't no much about pills ## The pill was white, oblong L371 Imprinted on it ## Hi Jessica, Generally this type of imprint denotes an over the counter drug, with the letter L followed by three random digits. However I haven't been able to locate any matches on my end. The closest relevant pill imprint has a marking of L374 and this is also a white oblong pill - Containing a combination of Acetaminophen 250mg + Aspirin 250mg + Caffeine 65mg. If it's of any help, the manufacturer who makes these "L xxx" pills is Perrigo Company. You could try contacting them directly for more specific details as to what your pill might be. Does anyone else here recognize this?
