i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. M 363 is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs. The colors mean NOTHING. It is in fact a legitimate tablet, so you shouldn't have any concerns about it being fake. For your own verification though, the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and the National Drug Code is 00406-0363. You can look it up via google for reference.
