What is the difference between these pills imprinted with 176 and m367? I've taken both pills and m367 doesn't seem to be as strong. ## @Arita, From what I could gather, both pills in question reportedly contain a 10/325 mg dose of Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen. The M367 is made by Mallinckrodt and carries a National Drug Code of 00406-0367. NOTE: You can also view an image of this pill by clicking on the NDC link above The other pill in question (imprinted with 176) is reportedly made by Sun Pharmaceutical and has a National Drug Code of 57664-0176. I wonder if perhaps certain binders/fillers are being implemented that inhibit bioavailability in one way or another. Is this white oval shaped pill marked with m367 a Vicodin or a Norco? I found this in my office at work and some tell me it's a Vicodin and some tell me It's a Norco. Either way I'm just trying to figure out who may have dropped it. ## Hello, Marie! How are you? Vicodin and Norco are actually the same medication, both contain Acetaminophen coupled with the opiate Hydrocodone, they are just different brands names for different doses of it. WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

I have a question. I have gotten some medications mixed up and now don't know which dosage is which. They are Loritab (I believe) with M358, M363, and M367 on them? Can anyone help me to identify the dosage of each. I have tried to research with no luck.
