White Lortab M363

I have been on pink tabs (10) for yrs. now with my R.A., they switch me to the white M363 ones...since then, these pills make me throw up or feeling sick while in my system! They say they have a recall on all the pink ones....yea, Right! i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. M 363 is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs. The colors mean NOTHING. My friend and I are both prescribed Lortab APAP10/500's. I get the Watson 540 blue pills and he gets the M363 white pills. I have taken the white ones before, but for some reason, it did not help me as much as the Watsons. I don't understand this. I can't remember which one of my meds is the Lortab and which is the Hydrocodone. One is an oval blue pill that says Watson 540 and the other is white and says M363. Can anyone help me? ## Hi Kim. The blue pill (Watson 540) is lortab, and the white one with M363 is 10mg of hydrocodone. Both pills are essentially the same. I recieved the Lortab M363 when I renewed my presciption it however is NOT helping like the pink tablet ..is there a way to get the pink tablet this is a waste of my money.. ## The only thing you can do is ask if your pharmacy can order the other one in for you.
