I found white pills with RF 21 written on them in my partner's bag and got worried about the use of them. Can anyone help me identify these? ## Hi Jozzie, Could you be talking about a white round pill with RF 27 inscribed instead of RF 21? If so, the pill is Chloroquine Phosphate 250 mg (NDC 63304-460). I also located a white round pill imprinted with FR 21 (as opposed to RF 21) that's reportedly identified as Aspirin 325mg (NDC 0498-0113).
