They're so much bigger, I sure hope they do because right now I'm getting no relief from my er opana 20mg. The most notable difference is that M30 is made by Mallinckrodt and 114 is made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, M30 tablets have a different set of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders/fillers). They contain: FD&C Blue No. 2, stearic acid, lactose monohydrate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The white pills with 114 also contain the following fillers: stearic acid, corn starch, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, and lactose monohydrate.
