Which Medicine To Get Pregnant

I am 31 yrs old. Experiencing infertility for 4 yrs. h/o dysmenorrhea before. After diagnosed i had endometriosis grade 3 and 30/10/15 laproscopy. The next day i took an inj. of luprodox IM according to doctors orders and 15 inj. of placentrax within one month, alternating days. I also took dienogest for 3 months after surgery. The following month 17/11/15 i got my period and after that amenorrhoea for 4 months. I asked my doctor about it and she advised me regestrone 5 mg TID for 5 days, but before taking this tablet i got my period normaly, so she told me there's no need to take this tab now... I'm a 28 year old trying to get pregnant for the last 3 years. I was on clomid, duphaston for more than 1 year. I underwent 2 iui also. I'm ovulating well every month and all the medical reports are normal but I'm not getting success. Now my doctor advised me to take m2-tone tabs for 3 months. But in the first month itself i missed my periods (periods are regular always). I had taken a home pregnancy test on the 7th day of my missed period but it was negative. Hi. I was on loestrin fe 1/20 for about 1year and half. Love it. The best control pill ever. But is time for us to have a baby. I just stopped taking it on the last day of my period, (b/c we are now trying to get pregnant) which left one brown pill in the pack. How long will I have to wait before I can get pregnant or can I get pregnant right way(i.e when I ovulate)? I'm also worried because I didn't get my period for about three month before this last one (and spotting on August 20th) on the 17th of September(which was very little. I only needed a liner). Please help last year on august I started having heavy periods with blood cloths after I stopped taking the 2 months injection i went to see a G.P then i was transfered to a gynae then the gynae put me on a 6 months prescription of yasmin, i started taking yasmin on september last year my periods went back to normal but i still had blood cloths coming then i went to the gynae again after 6 months of prescription he again put me on another 6 month prescription of yasmin last and also gave me ibu pain pills for period cramps i now no longer having blood cloths...me and my boyfriend want to have a baby and we wondering if the fertomid 50mg will work? Hi i also have my implant in 7 years this September and mind has gone into far under the mussel so I'm waiting on surgery to have it removed my doctor told me it should not be still working after 3 years but i cant get pregnant. An believe me its not that I'm been over anxious as i already have two children one is 12 and my other is 7 this week. I was in a car accident several months ago and currently take Gralise (1200mg once a day), Meloxicam (15 mg once a day) and the Mini Pill (for endometriosis). I'm having severe nausia (likely related to endometriosis) and burning in my throat (likely acid reflux) so I can't eat much. I desparately need to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy (for GI issues) and laperscopy (for endometriosis). However, I was told I need to be off these meds for at least one week before these procedures can be done. And I need to taper off gralise. Plus, I'm turning 40 and want to have a baby and my egg supply is low. I'd like to get pregnant asap, but I'm worried about pain being too much from accident and the effects these meds may have on fetus. I'm obviously not going to take meds...
