Is the generic for Percocet 10/325 also called Endocet 10/325? Is it the same strength or is hydrocodone different? I'm taking percocet 10/650mg. I have (DDD), (Athritis), and the list goes on. I have a friend on Norco. Can you tell me what the difference is between them and the highest mg the norco comes in? THANK YOU SO MUCH! ## The Percocet is way better then the Norco, and the reason is because Percocet contains Oxycodone and Norco contains Hydrocodone. What im trying to say is Oxycodone is a stronger and longer lasting Opiate then Norco. {Edited for safety} just make sure to watch how much Tylenol/Acetaminophen ur taking, try not to take more 4000 to 5000mgs cause it can damage ur liver. What is the difference in percocet 10/325 and lortab 10/500, I know the amount of tylenol is different, but I've taken both and the lortab seem to work better than the percocet. Is one stronger than the other? ## Lortab contains Acetaminophen, coupled with the narcotic Hydrocodone. Percocet contains Acetaminophen, coupled with the narcotic Oxycodone. So, it might just be that the Hydrocodone works better for you. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I usually take 5 10/325mg doses of Lortab once daily. How big of a difference would it be to take 5 10/325mg doses of Percocet? Or should I just take 3?

I ave been recenetly told that I have p.a.d. I hvae had stents put into my upper left thigh, but my calf and toes are in constant pain. is there any thing short of surgery. I have tried Vicodin 500mg (Hydrocodone), and currently taking Oxycodone(Percocet 5mg, 325. the pain just will not go away. I really do not want anything stronger for fear of getting addicted. I recently, had my med changed from vicodin 7.5mg 5xqd to lortab 10-500mg tablet. 5xqd question is, "Is the lortab a higher dose of medication than the vicodin. ## Lortab and Vicodin both contain Hydrocodone, a synthetic opiate or opioid, as their narcotic analgesic. As such, your dosage strength increase is only in the amount of pills you are now taking, not in the opioid ingredient. Oxycodone, used in Percocets and OxyContin, is slightly stronger . . . a 5/325 Perc is equivalent to a 7.5 Lortab.
