I got drowsiness at work , Dr. advise Ecosprin , should we take daily till life end or can we stop after few days or in our daily natural habits how can it be controlled or once started to take this tablet , is it necessarily to continue . please suggest. ## This medication will not do anything to prevent drowsiness, as a matter of fact, according to the NIH, it can actually cause drowsiness and dizziness as side effects, along with nausea, stomach irritation, and headache. HI,my dad is taking ECOSPRIN AV 75 for past 2 weeks on his cardiologist's advice. He has also been taking Aztor for the past year and a half, prescribed by another doctor. Both are taken at night. As i have a family history of Coronory Artery diease, my doctor has advised me to take ecosprin-75 mg life long. I have hyper tension diagonised for the last 12 years. My fingers become numb while I am doing any laborious tasks and also at night while I am sleeping. I have been prescribed this drug for the last year.
