My daughter gets prescribed 20mgs of Ritalin instant release (Dan 20) 3 times a day. I had to go to a different pharmacy and they gave me a yellow pill round with T 175 on one side. Is this the same thing? It doesn't seem to be working as well!!! ## Yes, it is also a generic for Ritalin, it contains 20mgs of Methylphenidate. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, and anorexia. Has there been any change, or is she still having a problem with it? White pill with MP 20 on one side and 123 on the other side? what is it? ## I can't find this specific marking listed in our U.S. prescription drug resources. It could be something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## recently purchased and exact pill from a friend and have trouble finding it on the web. Was told it was Ritalin.
