I found a white pill left at our business area yesterday. It is white and has M363 on one side and nothing on the other but just a line through the middle. I know it is a Hydrocodone but I don't know what milligram. Please tell me the milligram of this pill so I know what to look for when I ask them to present me the prescription, if they even have one for this medicine. What's the difference in the 3203 and the m360? ## Hi Kim, The most noticeable difference between these two medications is the dosage. M360 contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen, whereas Watson 3203 only contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Aside from that, the only other difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients. When i searched it out it siad it looks out on the medical it said it remsembles a M360 Hydro ## Would you happen to know what country this medication was obtained from? If it is from the United States, then the predominant possibility is that it is actually an Ibuprofen 800 mg. Another similar marking is IB (instead of an 8), and that's a 200 mg Ibuprofen. I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. These are both different strengths of the active ingredients in Vicodin, or Lortab, which are narcotic pain relievers. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. imprint M360 and M357 ## M360 is a 750mg dosage of vicodin and M357 is a 500mg dosage of vicodin. lortab will be labeled watson and look similiar to a vicodin. it is supposed to be generic vicodin but works better than vicodin. same family though but helps with pain and mellows you out more than vicodin. everybody i know including me with rods and cages in my spine prefers the lortab. ## To be exact, the dosages that Party has posted above, are only for the Acetaminophen in these medications. Does this pill make you drowsy? I took 2 of them, just now and I want that drowsy feeling. ## The tablet with the M 360 marking contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic analgesic. And yes, it can cause drowsiness as a side effect, but taking it just to feel that, especially doubling up on them is not a safe idea. This is often how drug abuse starts.
