What is this tablet white and written X(P)X in one side ## Hi Pancho, I was unable to locate a photo, but the white oval pill you're describing marked with "xPx" is reportedly identified as "Panadol Extra" film-coated tablets, containing a combination of Paracetamol (500mg) & Caffeine (65mg). This medication is marketed for use in treating minor aches and pains. I have found a white capsule shaped pill (inside a packet of peanuts!!) with XPX printed on one side. Would really like to know what this is before i complain to the manufacturer. Any ideas please? ## No but at an after party the other night i stood up and the same looking pill fell from my lap or somewhere, i was kinda freaked since hadn't a breeze as to where it came from! does the p between the 2 x's have a small circle around it? im dying to find out what it is also but its probably nothing exciting. ## it is panadol ## Those are paracetamol pills for headache and cough and cold. ## I found one white colored tablet like this. What is this for?
