oblong, white ## I located a white round pill marked GG 91 to be Lorazepam (0.5 mg), however yours is stated to be an oblong pill. Lorazepam has relatively potent anxiolytic effects and its best known indication is the short-term management of severe chronic anxiety. Any chance this could be your pill?

I found a white pill with a V on one side and something in the middle of the V with a number on the other side that looks like 016 as the 1 is destinctive but may be a 910 as it could be upside down. My wife bought a twin bottle (one box) of the over the counter medicine used as an acid reducer known as generic renatanidine 150 from walmart. We both noticed instantly that upon opening the cardboard box, opening the cap, removing the silver/paper seal, that the tiny pink pills did not have the letters RISO on them & in fact, they had nothing on either side. My wife reminded me that at times one side would have a number on them regardless of if the letters appeared to say RISO on the other. Thus , no need to be concerned about a pill with nothing on either side. I understood the logic...

I FOUND A ROUND WHITE PILL WITH A LINE ON ONE SIDE AND PA 917 ON THE OTHER, WONDERING WHAT IT IS. ## Hope this didn't come too late, but that's Torsemide 20mg... generic Demadex, a diuretic. ## Ian is correct, it used to help remove fluid from the body to help treat medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, edema, and congestive heart failure. My dad who has alzheimers takes a oblong white pill with 911JCC on one side and no markings the other. ## I located an oblong white pill with "cor 116" on it and when held upside down closely resembles your description (e.g. 911 Joc). This pill reportedly contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, which is marketed for use as a minor pain reliever and fever reducer. An image of the pill can be viewed "here". Also don't remember if anything was on the back. ## From what I've read, a round white pill with a large arrow logo is Anacin (400 mg aspirin + 32 mg caffeine). However if you don't know what other markings are on the pill besides a V and some arrows, there's little chance of finding an definitive ID for it. Is the "V" in cursive/italic writing? If so, it's usually accompanied by a four digit number on the same side "OR" on back of the pill (often times with a score line as well).
