Starting taking half tryptomer10mg for 5 days as single dose along with pregabalin75 eight hourly ,thereafter took tryptomer 10mg for 5 days & then one and half tryptomer10 mg & now only 10-15% problem is remaining. I had herpes zoster attack two months earlier and in 20 days all the symptoms had gone but for svere pain in leftside of my head and face. Now I have been taking pregabalin75 mg 8 hourly &15mg.Tryptomer as a single dose daily.Should I continue with this treatment for some more time or gradualy decrease the above mentioned dose?

I had severe back pain and severe headache.Test conducted USG KUB and XRAY KUB no stones were visualised.Others all OK.
