It's Trazodone 50 mg (trade names Desyrel, Molipaxin, Deprax, Trittico, Thombran, Trialodine, Trazorel) which is a psychoactive compound with sedative, anxiolytic, and antidepressant properties. The various manufacturers claim that the antidepressant becomes active in the first week of therapy. Trazodone has less prominent anticholinergic (dry mouth, constipation, tachycardia) and adrenolytic (hypotension, etc) side effects than most tricyclic antidepressants. I have been taking Trazodone with the markings V 6160 for several years now to help with sleeplessness. The problem is that my pharmacy now uses a different pill with APO T50 stamped on it. This and other brands do not work for me. Where or how can I get the V 6160 brand? ## You could try asking them if they'll order it in for you. They should be able to do so. However, it would be your responsibility to pay any difference in price between the Apotex generic and the one from Qualitest/Vintage, because your insurance will only cover the cost of their cheapest generic. white circle pill that states APO with 150 underneath ## i found a bottle of pink apo stamped on it and other side it says all with a line in middle then 200 what is that for? ## Was the marking possibly APO T50? If so Apotex states that the tablet contains 50mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant that is also used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood changes. Amanda, I can't find any listings for a tablet matching that description. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!
