What are the known side effects of Plagerine-A capsule? ## Can I take this medication if I have a pre-existing heart condition? ## Plagerine-A contains the active ingredients Clopidogrel and Aspirin, it is used as a blood thinner to help prevent clotting. I am now taking time of work at the moment and my GP has put me on anti-depressants which I am not happy about. Not happy at all. My wife had Aneurism Brain hemerage in November 2011 and now she has post VP Shunt taking medicines Plagerine A 1 capsule,Donep-5 ,Metolar 25,1 each per day for last eight nine months she is 68 years should we stop any one of them. ## Those is a very serious and dangerous health condition. It would be best for her not to stop any medications, unless her doctor tells her to do so. Is she having a problem with one of the medications? Are they causing her problematic side effects?

Just got my Metformin ER 750 refilled. The pills look different... could be different manufacturer? One has 93 on one side and 7212 on the other. The other has 143 stamped on one side and nothing I can see on the other side. Help? ## Yes, they are both the same medication, a controlled release formulation of Metformin in a 750mg dosage. The one with the 93 is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and the 143 is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals.
