I am wondering about trying Vyvance to treat narcolepsy. I currently take dextrostat 30 mg 3 times a day and since it is now generic dextrostat, it is absolutely not effective at all. Can I have feedback either on Vyvanse or any other drugs that you have found to be effective. I've been on Xyrem for 1 week so far to try and help my symptoms from the above illnesses. This was prescribed for narcolepsy, and I'm looking for more details. ## I have just been prescribed m-amphet 30 XR capsules made by Prasco. I had been trying to get the Shire name brand but my insurance company couldn't decide whether they would give it to me. Finally decided on Prasco. Took yesterday for 1st time and think they might work. Time will tell and I will post. I take for narcolepsy secondary to opiate usage. I am on a morphine infusion pump with flow of about 30mg continuous/day. Without these pills I do not function or wake up. I will definitely update. used for 10 years for narcolepsy ## I have been useing dextroamphetamine 5mg tablets for 4 years for narcolepsy. I also use methadone for pain. Is this a bad together. ## I am taking 5mg Percocet (4 a day) and I asked my doc if there's any research that shows that may cause negative side effects. I was assured that the med mixed would cause no harm to my body. I also asked will this cause any damage to my liver or any other organs once again I was told no there will be no problems. I live in northern Wisconsin, moved here 3 yrs ago from Milwaukee and need a competent neurologist to help me with my Narcolepsy. I have been on adderral for 10+ yrs and now it doesn't seem to be working. I've changed health care providers and my new PCP referred me to a neurologist who makes me feel like a drug addict. I just need to try another medication not increase my current dosage. Help

I have narcolepsy and have been on 20mg of Methylin (generic Ritalin) 3 times a day for some time now. I didn't seem as effective as it was at first, so I did some research and asked my Dr about the amphetamine class of meds. He prescribed Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine). I was awake but not motivated to actually do anything. I needed a nap everyday. I asked to go back on the Ritalin. He agreed but seemed surprised that Methylin worked better for me than dextroamphetamine. Shortly after that I asked for my dose to be increased. Remember, I'm on 20mg 3 times a day. I asked to increase it to 4 times a day (just in the office - I didn't have an appointment at the time. Am I going to have a really difficult time finding a Dr that will make this increase? I have had adult onset narcolepsy/EDS (excessive daytime sleepiness) for 2 years and have tried almost all anti-depressants to try to alleviate the problem. I recently completed a sleep study and they found no sleeping disorders, so everything points to narcolepsy. My psychiatrist has been extremely unhelpful so it's time to find a new doctor. its a hexagon shaped pill its either a peach or a very light pink color it has W on one side and 75 on the back ## How about M 75? I am trying to find out if this pill I seen is a generic of adderrall or the actual thing. It is footvall shaped peach in color. One side has a line down the middle / on one side of the line it has a 2 the other side has a 0. the flip side of the pill has a line going side to side instead of up and down and has a 6 at the top and below the line has a 973.
