I have been prescribed Eplepton for extremely restless legs which cause insomnia. In addition my thyroid has gone from being underactive to overactive so therefore my meds were reduced. I also over a period weaned myself off one tramacet and one celebrex which I took every night for approximately three years for neck pain. I discontinued taking these two tablets as I was extremely sleepy during the day. Lastly I was prescribed urbanol for depression as well which I also weaned myself off soon after discontinuing the use of tramacet and celebrex. My question to you is this ... is it safe to take Eplepton 1 nightly, 100mg when five years ago I had a stroke and subsequently two heart episodes. I really have a dilemma currently. I have been diagnosed with Essential Tremor which affects only my right hand. It makes writing just about impossible. I have been using Purbloka 40 for a few months but it does not seem to make any difference. Can 200mg Epleptin at night be effective?

My disc broke in the lumber area,I had lower back surgery, the orthopaedic surgeon did a compression of the spinal cord and bone fusion, removed the broken disc. I am in the 4th week of my 6 weeks recovery treatment. I am on epleptin 300 mg 3 x a day and I take synaleve or arcoxia 90 mg when in severe pain. The pain runs down my leg to my toes and sides of the right foot. The foot feels numb and tender at times like pins and needles and I cannot even touch it. I still have the foot drop on the right leg. At times I limp on the right foot as I cannot put pressure on the big toe due to pain. Will this and the pain eventually go away? Do I need physio?

Hi. I have been prescribed epleptin for severe bone and nerve pain as well as TLE which makes me very moody, agressive, depressed, mood swings... Only been on it for 4 days and since starting my hands fingers ankles feet toes joints all over are swollen up and causing terrible pain. I cant even close my fingers as they're so swollen. I also have developed a severe infection in my throat/chest, causing burning like crazy and a runny nose though it's totally blocked. Also, severe diarrhea, stomach pain, suicidal thoughts. I am 80 years old. In 1996 I had an oesophegal cancer removed.. In 2004 I was diagnosed with CLL (Chronic Leukemia) I had chemo. My blood counts related to that have now been normal for a couple of years. I have had a suspicious thyroid removed in 2 bites. I had my gall bladder removed about 7 years ago. I have a arterial tremour. I have very uncomfortabl peripheral neuropathy in both legs. I take Epleptin 300 at night and 100 in the morning. Also Alfluin, eltroxin cardicor warfarin ,I take tripelin 30 at night. I have a 6 weekly infusion of Pollygam. For pain I take Tramahexal 50 but it knocks me out so I put up with pain in the day time. I get occaisional constipation I take Movicol or Dolcolax for that. I take 300mg of Epleptin per day - have a condition called motor and sensory neuropathy. Still experience a lot of pain in my feet and legs. I suffer from severe memory lapses? I am currently taking 10mg of Trepeline at night and 300mg of Epleptin 3 times a day due to severe pain in my back and spasms in through out my body. I have been using Zanor SR 0.5mg for Anxiety and now my psychiatrist has given me Epleptin 100mg to take and so I am taking both Zanor and Epleptin in the morning and Epleptin again at night. My Dr wants to try and get me off Zanor as it is addictive but feel like since I have been taking Epleptin with the Zanor I have felt more anxious and was feeling much better without Epleptin. paxil 40, epleptin 100 mg and tydamine 25 mg for depression. Using paxil for 4 months now. The other 2 for 2 months. It looks as if it is not working properly. was better before the last 2 medicines was added. My daughter has like a social phobia. it is as if her condition is worse now. Can you suggest something else. She is 19 years old. Went to University at the beginning of 2013 but to study BSc Mathematical Science but couldn't finish because of the depression. ## My sister was on Tydamine and now suddenly it is not available anywhere in South Africa. Hi Hope you can help I was just put on Epleptin and Synaleve for bad shoulder pain that started about a month ago, I am told that the pain stems from the nerves in my spine.( hard to understand how it can make my shoulder pain ) to me it feels like its something in my shoulder that needs fixing - but who am I to argue . Please help me. At the moment i am on serdep, the sleep pill Arem, epleptin, vuzor, and high blood pressure tablets. I was in a clinic for depression. I'm still depressed. It's just I feel like I must go off all these medications. I think it's not good for the brain and it's all toxic to the body. Can you give advice?

Can Epleptin be used at all in cats, for joint pain. My Tomcat is showing unusual behavour since he is given the product.
