Hi, I have been taking dinintel for two weeks. The first week was showing me results. Every two days I would lose 1lb and that was without exercise. I then decided to take 1 table per day because my pills were running out. I guess i made a mistake changing the dosage because ever since i did that i havent lost not 1lb. I then decided to join the gym which i started on thur for an hour workout. I stopped taking the tablets n will begin the new week to c if there will be any changes. I was 173lbs, im now 165. how is dinitel taken ## Surely the medication has dosage instructions on the package or bottle it came in, no? If the medication is just in a blank bottle with no information, do you trust where you got it from? Because this medication is not available in the U.S. it is very difficult to locate information on, since other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does. There simply are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs. I was however able to locate general information on the drug; but nothing regarding dosage instructions, or how to take it. I must say Dinintel is the best diet pill out there but I lost the strength in my hair. ## Thinning hair is a reported side effect of taking Phentermine, so clobenzorex (the active ingredient in Dinintel), being a close relative, could possibly cause it.
