this pill has the numbers on the pill it is l405 and it is a round white pill on the other side it has 500 mg. ## This is not a Chlorzoxazone tablet. Pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold in many countries as the generics and store brands. This one contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is the same as an Extra Strength Tylenol. What led you to believe it was Chlorzoxazone?

My wife was prescribed chlorzoxazone for muscle pain/ tension and ran out so the doctor refilled the script. 1st time got a green disc shaped pill second time got a white barrel shaped tablet ## I was also prescribed the round green ones by my doctor the first time I got them the second time I got the white oblong ones ## This medication does not work well unless I take my prescribed percocet. ## What are the markings on the tablets in question? It could be that the pharmacy has just started carrying a different generic, which is common, it's how they keep the prices down for those that do not have insurance and have to pay out of pocket for their prescriptions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.

I had a five level fusion in December 2011. I have a knee bending pain when I move the wrong way. It last for hours. It's more like a knife jab or slice than nerve impigement which I have had much esxperience with. This medication does NOTHING to reduce the impact of pain caused by my moving the wrong way. It's as though I have had nothing to reduce the pain. I have recently started playing golf, however, I recently developed a pain on my left side and around my back just under my shoulder blade. I know that it's because of my faulty swing. I am now taking measures to correct my swing. I took cataflam and this helped a bit. But since I started Flamar - MX, I have been able to play all 18 holes. Last month when I picked up my refill for Chlorzoxazone 500mg. I noticed it was round instead on Oblong. The month before by pharmacy was out of the med so they transferred it to a competitor. It only had 1 refill left so when it came time for my refill I called my Dr. to call in my refill to my normal pharmacy. So, when the shape was different I thought maybe they changed to a different drug company. I put in for a refill earlier this week and a day later a received a call from the pharmacist. She seemed very concerned and very apologetic but proceeded to tell me that they had given me Chlorothiazide 500mg instead of the Chlorzoxazone 500mg. I had taken 93 of the wrong medication. Which is for high blood pressure and a diuretic. I ask her if it was okay to just quit taking the Chloroth...

GREEN TABLET MCNIEL ## I am taking this medicine and Naproxon 500mg and I am light-headed and not feeling very good. Which one or both is causing this? ## Naproxen Sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, Parafon Forte contains the active ingredient Chlorzoxazone, this is a muscle relaxant. Both of these medications can cause nausea as a side effect, however, the Chlorzoxazone can also cause drowsiness, dizziness and headache, so it is more than likely the culprit. why my legs and hands are swelling after using this tablet DOLOKIND ## Dolokind contains the active ingredient Chlorzoxazone... this is a muscle relaxant. I'm not sure as to why you are experiencing swelling, as the common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
