What is the difference between Buspirone 10 MG and Buspar 10 MG and what is Buspirone? ## Buspar is just the name brand for Buspirone. My Dr. increased my dosage to 20 mg, which came as Mylan 10mg's, oval pill (B2) .I tolerated the 15 mg oblong pill fine, but became very sick to my stomach when I took the 10mg. Same manufacturer only difference is the shape of the pill. This is a white oblong pill with M on one half of the front of the pill and B3 on the other half......Reverse side is split into thirds and has 5 5 5 on it. Someone gave me a long white pill.
