I was intimate with my girlfriend and after a minute I saw her taking 2 of Adco Napamol Tablets. I was really shocked and I'm still scared as I'm not sure what the tablets are for. I have just been discharged from hospital and prescribed adco-namamol tablet 500mg & Tramahexal 100mg for severe back pain (osteoporosis with numerous crushed vertebrae & discs-upper & lower spine) How will this impact my IBS which at present is presenting with constipation. The clinic was asked for a substitute for Arycor as this was expensive. Adco Napamol was given, is this the same? ## Hello, Jan! How are you? No, they are not the same, at all. Napamol just contains Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, so it's equivalent to Tylenol. But Arycor contains the active ingredient Amiodarone, which is used to treat heart arrhythmia. I m having pains on my lower back my doctor gave me adco napamol and recommended tht I get neurofen because he thinks m getting too much cold I drank those pills but m not getting any better what may be the couse of this unbearable pain? ## Hello, Rose! How are you doing? Both of these medications are just mild pain relievers, they won't actually fix whatever the problem might be. Did your doctor have any x-rays or anything done to check out the problem?

age 67. tramadol in morning with 10mg citalopram. Evening after supper another tramadol. at bedtime napflam(naproxen) and half an hour later 10mg adco zolpidem Clinic doctor has prescribed 2 adco napamol three times a day???? Surely its not safe to take so much paracetomol(500mg each tablet)!! I have fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, circulation problem(last dvt july 2012.. ten days in hospital) not on warfarin for last six months.
