i have 160 pills i found in a seedy looking bottle they are small, yellow round blank on one side and scored on the back with a 100 over on the top half of score mark i think they may be oral steroids because of where i found them ## i have the same kind if you found out what it is please contact me back. ## My grandmother was given these pills and they are different color than the prescribed Levothyroxine Sodium I was wondering what pill this could be since it is definitely not Levothyroxine Sodium

As far as I was told its used in some cases as a treatment for high blood pressure due to portal hypertension. I'm not 100% positive but I think if the person is not able to take other blood pressure meds that would result in extremely low and dangerous side effects and not help the actual issue. I have found a pill that is tiny like a mini M&M, round and a pale yellow colour. One side has 100 imprinted above the score mark and the other side has nothing on it. There is mot a coating on it either. I've had no luck whatsoever in identifying this pill online but two images have been close; trazodone or morphine. Any ideas?

I was wondering what kind of pill I found. It is a bright yellow, round pill, about the size of a dime, with a coating on it and an imprint of 903. ## I located a small round yellow pill with 904 on one side and blank on the back. Judging from the image I see, there appears to be a coating on it. I don't know if there's any chance you may have misread the imprint, but hopefully this helps narrow down the possibilities... Yellow round pill ## med size round light yellow pill with W89 on one side and Wilshire on the other side ## From what I have been able to gather this appears to be a product manufactured by Wilshire Labs (Pvt) Limited in Pakistan. I am not 100% sure what the active ingredients are, but there is a good chance that they contain Acetaminophen 500 mg + Codeine 30 mg (generic for Tylenol No 3). Hope this helps!
