Hi I'm Honey and I'm new here, I was taking 10mg of oxycodon my doc changed it and now taking Hydromorphone 2mg with a p on other side. This med is not working for me at all!! How many hydrocodine 10mgs would be equivlent to one 30mg oxycodone? ## You'd need 45mgs of the Hydrocodone to equal 30mgs of the Oxycodone. However, where you meaning Hydromorphone? Because that's the active ingredient in Dilaudid. Learn more Dilaudid details here.
