My other is taking Clindamyacin 150mg. What does the "HCI" HCI stand for? Not HCL? Help please to clarify, thank you very much. ## Hello, Michael! How are you? HCL stands for hydrochloride, it denotes the specific chemical salt that the Clindamycin is derived from. This medication is an antibiotic that is used treat various types of infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

What does HCI mean on OxyContin packet . ## HCL stands for hydrochloride, it just designates the specific chemical salt that the medication is derived from. It's basically all Oxycodone HCL. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hello my name is nick. my stomach is so hard, so the hospital gave me an anti diarrheal by the name of loperamide hci 2mg pill. can this help? please let me know real quickly thanks ## Hello, Nick! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having. It is exactly what they said, an antidiarrheal agent, so it will only help, if you were having a problem with diarrhea. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and bloating, as listed by the FDA. What exactly do you mean by saying your stomach is hard, are you bloated? Do you have a lot of gas? Can you please be more specific.

long oval, blue, numbers 44-473 on them, it says it has 325 mg of acetaminophen in them.2 pills per dose ## found celophane wrapper with pills inside..want to identify ## Tylenol cold multi symptom night time. ## In the interest of adding specifics, this is a generic for the Tylenol product that Terri mentioned. Along with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen already mentioned, it also contains 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, per tablet. As the nighttime formulation, that means there is a very high probability of this causing drowsiness as a side effect. Are there any other questions or comments? There are more Acetaminophen details available here, more Chlorpheniramine details available here, more Dextromethorphan details available here and ther...

This is in reference to Amneal Pharmaceutical's "7.5/325" Oxycodone, the label which also reads in part: "*7.5 mg oxycodone HCI, USP is equivalent to 6.7228 mg of oxycodone" without explaining what that means. CVS switched my brand last month and claim that all brands are the same strength. NOT SO, according to the level of pain and everyone who is in pain knows that pain does no lie. Having a website where people can rant about their product to one another is an old trick perfected by Apple, Google, and Microsoft to make us think that somehow they're part of the conversation. Do not take no for an answer in telling your doctor, pharmacist, and insurance that you insist on something that works and is in fact the strength that your doctor prescribed! ## Generics c...

I am taking Amoxicillin and I tested positive for cocaine on a urine drug test. How do I get scholarly information to provide as proof that Amoxicillin can cause a false positive result? ## I was taking 875 milligrams of amoxicillin for an infected tooth. I went to the dentist and they gave me 250 two milligrams of Lidocaine + 0.119 milligrams of epinephrine and 2% HCI. I had a urinalysis drug test which came back positive for cocaine on December 7th 2016.. I told them that I did not do any drugs but they didn't believe me so I went to a medical laboratory and had a 5-panel hair follicle test done which came back negative for cocaine, marijuana, PCP, opiates, amphetamines and methamphetamines. Then I was told that the hair follicle test doesn't mean anything even if it went back...
