As long as it has the same active ingredient it will work the same as any of the others. Thanks. ## pinkish orange pill that is 20mg and on the other side it has a f and p ## The name brand Xanax is as follows: A white bar tablet with XANAX on one side and X2 on the opposite is 2mgs. A blue, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 1.0 on the other is 1mg. A white, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 0.25 on the other is .25mgs. And orange/pinkish, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 0.5 on the other is the .5mg. As I stated, this is just the name brand. There is no rhyme or reason to the color and dosages of the generic versions, so such does not apply. Is your pill one of these?
