Under current U.S. prescription drug laws, all manufactured tablets and capsules must have markings on them that enable them to be identified in case of emergency. For example, say someone is found unconscious with pills strewn around them, the paramedics would need to know what they had taken in order to provide proper treatment and they can find out, by looking at the markings on the pills and checking in the databases to see what they contained. Another example would be in case of product contamination, then the medications needs to be able to be traced back to a specific manufacturer, in order to rectify the problem and initiate a possible recall. Small round white pill with am R amd no numberssupposed to be winstrol ## A letter like that is usually just a manufacturers logo, so it can stand for whatever they are using it for, such as the company name. In some cases it could also stand for the trade name of a tablet, or the active ingredient. I have no information, however, on one with just an R on it and whether or not it is Winstrol. I am trying to find out what the letter "c" and the letter "n" stand for at the beginning of my rx number. Example - n123456 on my oxycodone and for my lomotil, alprazolam and loratab it looks like this Example-c123456. I ran out of synthroid. It shows 0.1MG. I got a temporary bottle that shows 100MCG. Are they the same? ## Hi Lucille, Conversion tools verify that 100mcg (micrograms) is actually equal to 0.1mg (milligrams), so you should have nothing to worry about as far as taking the correct dosage is concerned.
