I don't know about any scheduled or class with that. Would you please inform me on what it is? ## It says Glimepiride is a Schedule N drug. What does it mean? I am supposed to take it for my diabetes.
what is schudule H drugs. could you send me that drugs. ## Hello, After some research I found a full list of the Schedule H Drugs in PDF format; you may or may not need to download Adobe Reader to view this list. The list is far to big to copy and paste so I added the link to it below... Please post back if you have any other questions or comments to add relating to this. ## Dear David, Thank you so much for your informative post. I am researching a particular drug which according to the Indian Drug Review compendium is a Schedule H drug. However, when I look at the Drugs and Cosmetics Act list of schedule H drugs, I cannot find the one in question listed. Is the list exhaustive or just indicative. The drug in question is administered intravenously, so perhaps that automatically qualifi...
I am a medical supply distributor. I need a resource that will tell me what products can and can not be sold to a Home Care Agency. Specifically we are questioning whether 250 ml NaCl (saline) can be sold to an agency for wound irrigation but other products come up periodically and we want to make sure we are handling things appropriately. ## What country are you looking for information on? Not all countries use the same drug schedules and, even with those that do, they are not identical for all of them.
HOW CAN I GET OF ALL SCHEDULE WISE LIST ALL INDIAN DRUGS? ## You may have better luck asking your local doctor or pharmacist for more information regarding this; simply because other countries outside of the U.S do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does, so international drug information is very difficult to locate online. The information you are looking for is difficult to locate even here in the states, and I'm not sure why that is, but they obviously don't want the public to have easy access to it or it would be the first thing to come up under a google search. The most recent information I can find regarding "New Drugs Approved for Marketing in India" dates back from 1999 to 2005: Not sure if this is the type of information you were looking...
I need a name list of the drugs that come under schedule C and C1. ## The lists of medications for foreign countries is very difficult to obtain, especially in any particular class and schedule. Many of them do not keep lists up to date and regulate medications as strictly as the U.S. does. I may be able to find you something, if you specific exactly what country you need the drug list for. Can you please post back with more information? ## I want list of drugs comes under schedule c & c1 ## I need name list of the drugs come under the schedule c and c1 ## kindly provide me schedule c and schedule h drug list. ## hi, i have a plant-extract based gel (manufactured outside india) that i am looking to distribute in india. under what schedule would i need to get the product registered i...
white round pill found with E1705 on one side and 40 on the other side ## Is it possible that the tablet says E 705 instead of E1705? If so, then you may have found something called 40mg time released oxycodone. Look closer at the pill. If I am correct then you have a narcotic schedule two strong pain reliever. Often times it is used for chronic pain and causes tiredness, shakiness, sweating, blurred vision, constipation, euphoria. If the tablet doesn't say E705 on one side and 40 on the other then I am unable to locate it. Sorry. ## I am going to post the link to a page with an image of the E 705 pill that nenene is talkig about, maybe you can check and see if it matches yours: Pill Image Otherwise, I have to agree, I can't find anything that matches. ## I need you to teach me ...
I'm in Dallas Texas, looking for a doctor who will prescribe Vicodin. I spent money on several visits just to be told they don't write for it. Help I only have a few pills left. Got any other suggestions? ## Hello, Karen! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. However, if you look at the FDA website, you'll see that all medications containing Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen were changed to schedule 2 back in October, so you'll need to see a pain management specialist, if you require it on a long-term ongoing basis. General practice doctors won't write for it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Additionally, ...
I am in treatment now but due to work schedule and distance from clinic to work I an in jeopardy of loosing my employment and I want to continue the treatment so I can come off of the methadone for ever. I need to find a doctor closer to Shelbyville than Nashville. Can a psychiatrist in the area also prescribe methadone? I do not want to change to suboxon ## I'm sorry, Paralee, but private doctor's aren't allowed to prescribe it for addiction treatment. For addiction, it can only be given in a clinical setting, such as the one you're already going to, by those specially trained in its use for such. Learn more Methadone details here. I understand that the clinic is inconvenient, many others have asked this same question, however, as the law currently stands, it is your on...
Usually take Percent 10mg and this time was given round Pink pill with N P 12, I've had a number of serious knee and leg surgeries and I've been taking for two days and I'm not feeling very well, stomach is upset and feeling nauseous but not to bad. Is this extended release? It was prescribed every 4-6 hours, is that right? Is this the same Medicine? I'm worried I was given the wrong Meds, but looking it up it does not seem different. Any information would be greatly appreciated. ## This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone, so you have received the correct medication, it's the regular release formulation and they typical dosing schedule. However, there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingred...
Hi all! Was wondering what would happen in my situation. Today I went to Walgreen's with my sister to run an errand and while I was there, I wanted to ask which day my Norco script was due to be refilled (I wasn't sure if it was Friday or Saturday). I go to a PM doctor for degenerative disc & have been taking Norco since December. I asked the girl if she could check which day I was eligible for refill although this wasn't my normal Walgreen's but I figured since Walgreen's has a computer system, they can look up exactly when my script is ready. (I wasn't planning on filling it there because according to my PM contract I must fill at one pharmacy. I just wanted the date checked.) She asked me randomly if I was taking the medication as scheduled, not really pay...
Two small pills, white one has M surrounded in a square-flipside, 05/52-totally scored. Pink one has 315, flipside,( ETH or 8H ) slightly scored ## The two small white ones are not oxycodone, they are prednisone, 5mg. This is a steroid used to reduce imflammation in joints, the lungs (for asthma, pneumonia) and other imflammatory conditions. Side effects include ravenous hunger!, insomnia, bloating, among other side effects. The pink pill IS oxycodone, 5mg. Generic for OXYIR or ROXICODONE. It is an immediate release tablet used for moderate to severe pain. It is a schedule 2, controlled substance that is abused often and can be highly addictive. Side effects include marked drowsiness, dizziness, euphoria, nausea, among other side effects. ## Sorry, I think you looked at the wrong pill n...
Iv been In 3 car accidents , fallen down a flight of steps, and have bad arthritis. And k need something to relieve my pain. My dr office will not prescribe vicoden anymore. Which is what I use to take. Any ideas?? ## Hello, Sheryl! How are you? Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, no general practice doctor will be able to prescribe it, anymore. If you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. The quickest way to get in with one might be to ask your current doctor to refer you to someone, but there are no guarantees that they will prescribe Vicodin or anything else. Hydrocodone combinations have also been changed to schedule 2, so you can no longer have refills on them. This is a narcotic analges...
My dr has given me, ambian, Sonoma, tamazapam. I need to sleep to function at Work and life. I'm a zombie. ## Hello, Paula! How are you? Have you tried maintaining good sleep hygiene? That would be keeping a schedule, so you're always in bed at the same time and getting up at the same time, even on weekends. No alcohol or caffeine after 5pm. No heavy meals in the evening. Not using your bedroom for anything other than sleeping. Keeping all lights off at night and etc.? Maintaining a schedule is actually what resolved my long-term insomnia issues, when nothing else would.
Hello all, I am looking for advice on tapering from tramadol. I have been prescribed tramadol for about 5 years now for chronic bursitis in my shoulder after 2 reconstructive surgeries. I take on average 6 50mg pills a day. I know it's an issue because I no longer take it solely for pain and find myself now taking it just to feel normal and keep away WDs that develop anytime I miss a dose. I've tried to stop before and the WDs are horrible. Mainly depression, insomnia and lack of energy are what gets me the most. I've developed a taper schedule that I'm beginning today. I am going to drop my daily dose by 50 mgs every 4 days until I reach 0, which will take just over 2 weeks. Is this taper schedule too rapid? I've tried other methods to quit (cold turkey was a nightm...
Hi everyone, I'm gonna make this short and sweet. I had lower back issues, then I had surgery and now the pain is worse. I need a MD/PA that will help me with pain and prescribe Norco, Xanax, and Soma. If you know any in Houston and surrounding areas, please respond. ## Those are 3 drugs which are very hard to obtain. Why not look into a pain clinic in the area? ## That's where the long story comes in. I have been to 3 pain management specialist. All required physical therapy, epidural corticosteroid injection, facet injections and two of the the 3 required rhizotomy. Not to mention all the x -rays/ MRIs and diagnostics that I have taken so many times. Then you have to wait for the doctors schedule to get relief. All that being said here is one example: I went in to one doctor w...
I have LSE I started on Hydrocodone 7.5's for chronic body pain, i don't know how to count when to take next schedule dosage? which i take every 8 hours i get confused ? ## Hello, Kim! How are you? I would suggest writing down the time, when you take one, that way you can look back at your notes to see if it is time to take the next one, or not. As to the specific count, for instance, if you took one at 8am, your next dose would be at 4pm, then the next at midnight. If you're taking them regularly, then it may be easier for you to do it that way and keep a consistent schedule of when you take them. If you have a smart phone, there are also some free prescription reminder apps that you can download, which you can set to your remind you to take it every 8 hours. Then you don...
I have been dealing with treatment resistant depression and chronic pain for 5 years. I have researched Ketamine, infusions and nasal sprays, and it sounds like the answer to my prayers! My psych knows about it but doesnt prescribe it. I would love to do a clincal trial but they are all far away! i cant even find an infusion center here. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you. ## We are doing Ketamine now at Psychiatry Associates of Kansas City and I am one of the psychiatrists doing this for treatment-resistant depression. You can call 913-385-7252 to schedule an appt. with myself Dr. Handoo. ## I have fought major depression for over 10 years. I had the treatments but the dr. that did them had already planned to retire and move to his home country. I had to have a higher dos...

How long is a 10/325 tab active for inhibiting pain. VA Cutting back amounts is there anything to use with it or in place of for degenerative arthritis in neck, upper &lower spine, hips & wrists? ## It's been a while since I've ever had to take hydrocodone, but I think the answer to your first question may also depend on each individuals tolerance to the medication as well as their personal level of pain. Based on the 'usual adult dosing schedule' of 1 tab every 4-6 hours, the effects will probably begin to diminish at or around that time frame. As far as adjunctive therapy goes, I would recommend looking into various natural anti-inflammatory herbs, such as: Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Garlic, & Cayenne, to name a few. I hope this helps!
