Is this pill morphine er 60mg? I can not find this orange pill that is imprinted N60. It has not showed up as morphine er 60mg in this color. ## I talked to our pharmacy today and she showed me the bottle they came in. There is another n60 imprinted pill for the heart. It is not shown to be orange either. How can two pills for different problems have the same imprint? It worries me since my husband is already on heart meds. ## Hello, Joy! How are you? That is because the orange pill with N 60 imprint is from Canada, it is not available in the U.S. It is listed by Teva Pharmaceuticals as containing 60mgs of Morphine in a time released formulation. Are the Orange pills with 60 on one side & a box with an m on the other morphine sulfate extended release or instant? ## Hello, Leann! How are you? These tablets are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list them as being time released. I changed pharmacies the other day and received what is supposed to be Mallinckrodt 30mg oxy and 60mg morphine from Mallinckrodt. Both scripts the pills have a clean score mark on one side and 30 above the line and the infamous M in a box on the other. The oxy is white with a slight blue hue to it very, very light. The morphine same instead is has a 60 on the one side And M on the other. They are yellowish. Both scripts have pills missing stamps and are either rubbed off or something and the outer edge it looks like 2 pills smashed together. The oxy has a lot of powder in the bottom of the bottle and I dissolved one in water and it left about 1-10th of the pill powder behind. The morphine is just plain bad looking. Lots of missed stamps and no powder in the bottle. The color is quite od...

teal and white capsule ## There are many morphine 60mgs available on the market in both capsules and pills forms. Without providing me with the full imprint on your capsule, I cannot confirm what it is, or provide any information. There are no proprietary guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry that says all pills or capsules with the same ingredients have to look the same. Their size, shape, and color are entirely up to the manufactured and how they decide to make them. If you respond back with the imprint on your capsule, I will gladly check what it is for you, and let you know. Thank you! ## -teal & white @ 60mg on one side of capsule 506 on other white side ## Okay, thanks, that makes it much easier to identify. I have been taking ms 60mg for six months. first i received a light tanish round waxy pill with a coating. then 3 months ago i received the same but burnt orange in color. same markings abg and 60. the pharmacy told me that the manufacturer had switched to a different color. idk why, but half of my script was tan and the other orange. 2 months ago i received only orange ones. and then last month i received oblong orange ones marked e655 and 60. these are more chalky and do not have wax. they ARE the same thing only different binders. If you prefer the ones with e655 ask your pharmacist for the ones made by ENDO Labs. ## It is completely normal for your pharmacy to switch what generic medication they provide, at any given time, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest pr...

small round peach pill ## The closest they make to a peach color is their 60mgs tablet, it is actually a bright orange and has their P logo on one side and 60 over mg on the opposite. Some made by other companies include: An orangish colored, round pill with an M in a square on one side and a 60 on the other. And round, peach tablet with ABG on one side and 60 on the other. Do any of these match the tablet you are asking about?

Can you please help me identify this? I can't seem to find any images. ## Hi Shannon, Did you get this pill filled at a licensed pharmacy? Just wondering because Actavis reportedly makes a pill with this same imprint you described, except that theirs is said to be pink in color. Makes me question if an orange version is real or not. This pink pill is identified as a 60mg Morphine sulfate ER tablet, used for moderate to severe pain relief. Images seem hard to come by, but if you wanted to you can also take the pill to your local pharmacy and they'll be able to verify these details in person. I hope this helps!
