Trying to ID pills: Rectangular in shape with scores creating 3 sections. Found in a bottle claiming they're xanax. Pharmacy ordered 2 mg white wavy pill that is twice the size of a normal USA Xanax prescription pill. On one side it reads XANAX and is scored in 2 places and the other side reads 2 and scored in half. The order was for 2 mg Xanax and on the container it reads Xanax 2 mg- Alprazolam, however below the bar code in tiny letters it reads Xanax-Alprazolam 1 mg. This was ordered by mail. Manufacturers date is 02/2010 and Expiration date is 03/2013. ## Where they ordered from a legitimate U.S. pharmacy that required a prescription, or from a foreign source that didn't require one? From your description, it seems they are different than the regular U.S. 2mg Xanax bars, but are similar to what some others have reported receiving when ordering in this manner.

So if a medicine says Mylan on it, that simply means that they are the manufacturer, and it is not the name of the med. Usually it would say Mylan and then also have some numbers on it. Does your pill have numbers on it as well? If so please post exactly what your pill says + the shape and color... and then somebody can run a positive ID on it for you. Take care! ## round tablet. What is a white bar pills that have gg on top and three lines? I just got my prescription refilled with these but they do not seem to be working, so I wonder if they were mixed up at the pharmacy. ## If they have a GG on them, those are not over the counter tablets, that is the logo used on prescription medications. No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain.
