The IP 466 is manufactured by Amneal, formerly Intrapharm and contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen. My husband put an oblong white pill in my drink. On the pill was the word Watson 387. I did not ingest it all but I did have a strange reaction, got very tired and lifeless after 2 sips of it. Beware of buying from this overseas pharmacy that is circulating in spam mail that purports to provide Vicodin ES. They ship from Pakistan, and the pills are fake Vicodin ES generics (with a watson 387 etched in). They aren't just benign fakes--they have some sort of upper in them, maybe some speed or viagra or something. Not a pleasant experience at all. ## Watson 387 SHOULD contain 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin ES, a narcotic analgesic. Oblong pill marked Watson 387 and scored on the other side. Also smaller oblong marked Watson 359 and scored. Are these hydrocodone? ## Hello, Bill! How are you? Watson Pharmaceuticals lists the one with the 387 marking as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, this one is no longer manufactured, because the FDA mandated that the dose of Acetaminophen in all combination medications be lowered to no more than 325mgs per dose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. As to the other tablet, there is nothing listed with 359 on it. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!

Second, due to copyright reasons, I cannot post a picture, but I can confirm that this is a generic for Lortab, it contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone.
