Watson 10 Mg Hydrocodone

I have a damaged SI joint in my back from a car accident 12 years ago and also have fibromyalgia. I've recently noticed something and I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I've taken hydrocodone mainly for pain, usually 7.5 mg, but sometimes 10 mg. They make the pain tolerable but never seem to last long. I recently tried Watson 749, which I'd never heard of before, but they are percocet 5 mg. Both these and the hydrocodones I've taken had 325 mg acetaminophen in them. These 749 are awesome! They work faster, better and last longer! I understand that percocet is a stronger med than hydrocodone but a ten mg hydrocodone should be stronger than the 749, so why does this 749 work so much better? mg. of hydrocodone per tablet ## Is is a yellow, oval tablet with the marking WATSON 853? If so, Watson states that it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. (NDC for future reference 63874-834) The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. I have the white pill and also the blue pill marked with watson 540. Aren't they both the same except for a difference in the acetaminophen? ## Research I have gathered shows they are one in the same pill. Even the milligrams are the same. Can you tell me what the pill looks like? ## Hi Kim, From what I could gather, most of the 5/325mg Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone Bitartrate tablets are white and capsule (oblong) shaped. Some of the imprints on these pills are: IP 109, M365, 3202 WATSON, and 3604 V. There may be more though. Did you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this medication? I'm recovering from my third back surgery. I can take hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10-325 mg tab with no stomach problems. However, when I take hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5-325mg tab Mallinc generic, I have severe stomach pains. The pharmacist says there is no difference except the 10 vs the 7.5.
