I have some YELLOW oblong pills from Pakistan. Pill says WATSON 853 and is yellow football shaped. Is suppossed to be Vicodin 10/325. Does not stop pain. Is it safe? nothing on back of tablet and only 10 on front. Vicodin is a very strong controlled substance. Once you start it's hard to stop then becomes an addiction and if you run out and don't take that vicodin for the day your going to get very sick, cold, puking, system's like the flu. I'd advise ibuprofen. Motrin is good for headache and fever. Please stay away from them. ## Hello, Pigeon! How are you? Can 500mg Tylenol be taken in between IP 109 tablets? The IP 109 tablets are taken once in the morning and once in the evening, but does not seem to be enough for that back pain. wi was told it was a vicodin but it has blue spots what dose that mean ## What are the markings on the tablet? Is it UCB 902 or UCB 903? There are VIcodin tablets with these markings. The blue spots don't mean anything, just the way the manufacturer decided to make the tablet.
