when I was first prescribed vicodin they were Watson, 349...then later 352 and then 357 and now 363 and 368. What do those numbers mean. The ones I felt that worked best were the 349 and 357 Watson. I may be wrong in the numbers (years have gone by since ) but I think I am right. Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen. Norco M365 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Vicodin M357 contains: Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). m357 capsule ## M 357 is 5 mg Hydrocodone + 500 mg Acetaminophen. Manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. It's a narcotic pain reliever generic for Vicodin. ## Roy is correct. I would like to post a warning though that this pharmaceutical company does not always have good quality control so their meds are not always reliable. There have been many complaints made about their products.

And yes, it can react with certain medications, but I cannot give you any information on if it will react with what you are taking, without knowing what those specific medications are..
