my mom is suffering from acute weakness and recently she faced issues with temporary memory loss and going back in flashback her age is 65 yrs her BP is 130/80 after having stamlo beta half tablet daily and blood sugar was 71 fasting after taking glynase MF half table daily she was prescribed for pantocid L & Flavospas for acidity & appetite issues earlier, now she is being prescribd with D venlor 50mg tab a course of 10 days starting tomorow for a second opinion i wanted to know is it ok to precribe D venlor in the abv circumstances as i dont know the use of this tablet

Is it save to use 150gm Venlor in the morning and 20mg Nuzak at lunch time? ## can venlor cuase any mood problems in future and how long it take to kick in. ## Has your doctor instructed you to take both? They are both antidepressants, so you really should only need one, unless you have severe treatment resistant depression. They both have an effect on Serotonin, so taking both also risks your developing serotonin syndrome. And Sorro, it should not cause any permanent issues and it may take about 4 to 6 weeks to reach its full level of efficacy. I have had depression since 2nd week of December last year. First of all the general practitioner put me on following combination i.e. fluoxetine, tripiline (spelling?) and sleeping tablet (Zolpidem). 3 months ago I went to a Psychiatrist due to bad insomnia. He put me on Mirteron, starting with 15mg, month later increased it to 30mg, and last month to 45mg – these I take at night 21h00pm. At 22h00pm I take a Zolpidem sleeping table (10mg). My sleep is average 4-5 hours (22h00pm – 03h00am). My depression has shown an increase but not desired effect. Therefore the psychiatrist prescribed Venlor 75mg. After taking my 1st tablet yesterday morning (08h00am), I felt so drugged, and I have no emotions whatsoever. Is this normal? I just want to make sure before I phone my psychiatrist

I am using Venlor 125grm for many years. For the past 2 years my medical aid stopped supplying my Venlor as i was in my self payment gap. I cannot to afford to buy it myself, so i didn't use it for the last 5 months of the year. I had numeris vp shunts and i have Epileptics as well. Hi,I have been on Venlor for a year now and I am feeling SO tired al the time and struggle to get out of bed. I have tampered of from150mg to 75mg for a month,I am now on 37.5mg for a month,still not feeling better,feel so emotionaly ded and if everything is unreal,cant live like this anymore!!! Between nuzak and venlor, which is better? I have been suffering from panic attacks from a young age, and 6 years ago my sister died (suffocated) in front of me, also 2 children later and I feel extremely unwell from anxiety and ptsd. I take Venlor XR 150mg daily for treatment of chronic depression. I have developed what is presenting as a nervous condition something that is making my thigh muscles weak with pain, numbness and pins and needles in my feet. My Neurologist has prescribed 10mg daily of Trepoline to treat the nervous symptoms which I have been taking for 10 days. My depression symptoms have become significantly worse ( although there are circumstances in my life at present that are causing much anxiety). Could the Trepoline be a cause of the deepening depression symptoms?
