I have some white and red patches on my tongue. Doctor prescribed me Methylprednisolone 4mg and first day should take 6 tablets and i should gradually decrease one tablet. And also he gave Valacyclovir HCL 1gm 3 times a day. I started taking this medicine and i took it for one day and next day one tablet, i am felling so depressed and i am feeling tensed and little heavy heart beat than usual. Now i am not feeling like to take that medicine. After a small research i got to know that steroids are not good for health. it even effects immune system. And I am just 25.
