Is there a difference in (Percocet or Vicodin) peach 229 and yellow 4827? ## Hello, Karol! How are you? To clarify and avoid confusion for others that may read this post, I'd like to note that Percocet and Vicodin aren't the same thing. Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, while Vicodin contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. The FDA lists these medications as being narcotic analgesics, so they have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. That said, the two pills that you've listed both contain 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but they've been manufactured by different companies.
