Hi, My sister suffering from seizuers, from her childhood. previously she used to take only gardenal 60mg for almost 15years which as prescribed in NIMHANS, and again due to seizure attack we consulted a new physician and they prescribed LEVESAM,EPTOIN1OO and ZAPTOL300CR, due to heavy dose she had become too weak, than again we visited to NIMHANS and advised to take EPTOIN100;ZAPTOL 300CR and gardenal 60mg and we continued but often seizuers used to come. recently a 2months ago she got random seizuers and got admitted,kept in ICU for 3days, Then the neuro surgeon said its sudo seizuers and prescribed LEVIPIL500;EPTOIN100. HOW TO REDUCE HER MEDICATION,THAT TO WITH OUT EFFECTING HER HEALTH. I WANT HER TO BE MORE HEALTHY.

my mother had operation for tumor in her head before 9 mnths ago. Doctor giving levipil750 for a day twice. she continued 3 mnths then she stopped. Since 2012 i was taking gardinal 60 mg HS,now doctor changed my medicine from gardinal to levipil 250 mg because i want to take another medicine of hepatitis -c which have sofosbuvir as chemical compound, so can i take gardinal and levipal both till the doctor stop gardinal and continued the levipil for the whole life?

Hi my doctor has prescribed me levipil 250 and tegrital 200, as i have the problem of Seizure. Next year i am going to USA or Germany for further studies. Will i be allowed to carry 1 year dose of these tablets with me to USA? If not, then what should i do? The trade names of the tablets are different in different countries. ## I am not sure of the laws in Germany, however regarding the U.S. you can bring in up to 3 months worth, under current FDA guidelines. Beyond that, you will need to see a doctor here and have them write new prescriptions. Can anyone familiar with the laws of Germany chime in? Thanks!

I have fidds, when i consult neurologist. He suggested for MRI and ECG and report says normal. And Neurologist suggested to take the Levipil 500 table twice a day. Is there any option like operation so that fidds should not come again...... 4 times it has come in last 5 years ## No, if your doctor said all findings were normal, then surgery is not an option, because they is nothing to operate on, or remove. I've been taking levipil 1g for the last 4 years. How do I stop this drug safely? Hi There, I'm aged 31 yrs ... and taking Levipil 500 mg 1 in Morning & 1 in night. Lobazam 5mg in morning & 10mg in night, Bplex Forte 1 tablet in night, Ativan 1 mg at night and Pantocid 40mg on empty stomach. Am using these tablets from 2013 and it's been almost 5 years now. I often get irritated and can see I lost most of my hair... I work in afternoon timings 3:30 pm to 12:30 am... and I don't sleep even for 5 hours a day. but I feel drowsy all through the day after my bath. I have an habit of smoking (1 pack) per day this habit is inculcated when i was 17 years. But i do not consume alcohol ... Now a days I observed..am not pleasuring my partner to full extent... I am on levipil 500 for the last 7 years for my seizures and I have had my left hand quite week .I also feel very tensioned when I am working at work.I work as an aircraft engineer for the past 15 years.I am taking some herbal medication and the levipil 500 currently for the last 2 years and it has help a lot to reduce on my seizures . Is it safe to have zeptol 300 mg along with Levipil 500 mg. The doctor has advised reduction in Levipil over 3 weeks and shift to Zeptol because of age concerns. After 3 years I have a seizures which was very strong again Docters keep me on the same medicin with high dose ( TEGRITAL 400) after that I feel some short seizures so Docters add LEVIPRIL 500 BD From then I am taking these 2 medicine till now and not fealing any short Seiziurs so when can I stop these medicinal ## You may not be able to stop them, you might require them for the rest of your life.
