Can I take Udiliv 150, one tab 2 times a day after / with meal & continue for atleast 6 months. Will these calculi reduces their sizes ?

I am getting pain in the chest , may be kliver pain.I want to take udiliv 300, Is it correct medicine ? ## Udiliv contains the active ingredient Ursodiol, it is a secondary bile acid, mostly used to dissolve gall stones. As to whether or not it is the right medication, it is really difficult to say, since a diagnosis cannot be made from just a post on the internet. Have you seen a doctor for this?

I have grade 2 fatty liver changes with slight occasional pain in right upper abdomen - my SGPT is 45 - bilirubin etc is normal. I have borderline high cholestrol. Doctor has prescribed udiliv 600 twice a day. I wonder if its warranted as I believe Udiliv is contraindicated in liver problems. ## i have mild fatty liver infiltration and high cholesterol doctors has prescribed udiliv 600 twice a day for one month . it is possible recover after one month fatty liver problems please advised me

Udiliv, is it prescribed for cirrhosis of liver or for a sluggish liver or for any other reason. That are the consumption uses. How about a person having Diatebetes-2, also? ## Udiliv contains the active ingredient Ursodiol, it is a bile acid and is mainly given to dissolve gallstones. As such, no it is really not going to help treat Diabetes, which is a blood sugar condition. However, you should not take it, unless your doctor approves, just to be safe. Its typical side effects as listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain. Liver Cirrosis treatment ## Are ursocol 300 and udiliv 300 the same formula? ## Is this the treatment your doctor has recommended? And yes, they both refer to the same medication, the active ingredient is actually Ursodiol, which is a secondary bile acid.

Hello, I recently had a liver profile test done along with an ultrasound of my abdomen due to persistent itching on my right side. The results identified a Grade 1 Fatty Liver with SGOT levels at 30.2 and SGPT levels at 38. All other functions appear normal, even my cholesterol is within normal limits. My doctor has prescribed Udiliv 300, to be taken twice daily for fifteen days. I'm uncertain whether this is the appropriate medication for my condition.
