Methadone tablets come in a number of forms and doses, so the appearance will totally vary. For example, I have seen pictures from round white with imprint 54 over 142 on one side and a score in the middle on the other to Pink, scored 4 ways with Lilly and U53 below it. Do you have any more information such as color, shape, dose, size, etc? Rich ## Thank you. I have an old RX and was put in a bottle and wasn't sure, actually the RX is about 1 year old, I wanted to be sure that is what it was and yes that is right, 54 with 142 on it.
