150 on one side and 4357 with two triangles above. the color is like beige/orange and round tablet ## The tablet with the Ivax logo over 4357 on one side and the 150 on the other contains 150mgs of the antacid Ranitidine, it is a generic or store brand of Zantac. My mom found a pill at work its is oblong shape a really light blue on one side it has two tiny triangles almist looks like a diamond.. and the other side is completely blank its like a really either light green or blue not sure.. ## Have you found out what this was? It fell out of a cabinet at my grandparents house and I've never seen it before? nothing on back side. Just one side with the hourglass shape. ## The hourglass logo is used by Ivax Pharmaceuticals, however, I am not aware of any that don't have any additional markings, such as numbers on them. Did you try asking your grandparents about it? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Welll that's the thing. At the moment, my grandparents and I aren't on the best of terms, so if I were to walk up with a mysterious pill.. probably wouldn't work out so well.

I found this on the floor in the bedroom and have no idea where it came from, it's a very large pill, pepto bismol pink with two triangles one is upside down on top of the other at left end and then the number 4980 stamped in to it. I found a tiny orange pill with a logo that looks like 2 or 3 overlapping triangles, a score, then 28. The other side is blank. Any ideas what it could be? It’s definitely not the Actavis logo, so I’m stumped. it is a ROUND WHITE pill about the same size as a cigarette if you look at the filter as if you're about to put it to your mouth and light it. so that's the size. On one side it has the numbers 100. On the other side it has a small hourshape symbol, you know, like two triangles pointing at eachother in the vertical position then underneath that, but actually at the bottom of the pill it is very very faded and hard to read, there is I believe four numbers, the numbers that I could deffinetley read cleary is the second and the fourth which is (4-0) but I believe all four numbers are 4440. So that is about as clear as I can get, but then again all the numbers could be different that I have stated so maybe the closest numbers you could get to it would be very helpfull. Thank You ver...

Teva lists this tablet as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin. It is an anticonvulsant that is used to prevent seizures, and to treat certain types of nerve disorders. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?

Big yellow oval pill one side has two triangles with the tips facing each other with the number 4098. the other side says 500 ## I have some very similar except mine have the number 4099 and 750 on the other side. I think the 750 is the ml. They are the same color as yours with the 2 triangles. Hope you have luck finding inf0.
