Hi, My 10 month old son is undergoing treatment for primary complex. 3 months completed out of a total proposed 6 months. Now the doc has asked him to take iron supplements also. Is it alright to go ahead with iron supplements? I had read somewhere that iron supplements should be avoided during the treatment. Please clarify. Thanks.

Hi Everyone, My wife got infected with Tuberculosis that leads to dorsel-6 spondylitis. she is having daily this AKT-4 tablets and other medicines to cure. doctor told her to have a complete bedrest for 2 months. already she is having tables from the past 40 days with complete bed rest. but till now she haven't get atleast minimum difference of that spondylitis, which leads her a severe pain in the body in each action/movement of body. so please suggest me that how long it will take to cure from that Tuberculosis of spondylitis(D6). Hello... recently I was diagnosed with latent tuberculosis... since I am using tb tablets doctors suggested me not to take contraceptive pills... but this month since I am traveling I want to postpone my periods.. Can I use primolut n tablets...? If yes, how many tablets per day? Also, is Primolut N a contraceptive pill?

I started taking anti tuberculosis drugs 4 weeks ago and then last week I took a stat dose of 4 oralacon as an emergency pill and now I am experiencing terrible headache...was admitted brain scan nd bloods and lumbar puncture show no pathology.....do you think there is a relationship between two drugs and how do I reverse tge effects ## Hello, Danisile! for tuberculosis ## i went for a check up past 5 mos ago and doctor says i have PTB,she gave me a prescription to take quadtab daily 2and a half tabs 30 mins before breakfast for 2 mos.but sad to say i didnt have the 2 mos coz i always forget to take every morning.i didnt went to see her after 2 mos.then i am taking this for almost 3 mos everyday.should i still see her?i am afraid what would be the findings :(

I am tuberculosis patient(lymph node),and I am taking drug of TB (Rcinex E) for 6 months and I have also gall stone problem(primary stage). Doctor has prescribed to take ursocol 300 mg twice daily. So, taking ursocol and tuberculosis drug simultaneously can create any problem/have any interaction between them. My another question is that we can take antacid with these two above mentioned drug

Hi, am a patient of pulmonary tuberculosis. I have taken prescribed medicines ( pyrazinamide 1200mg, isoniazid 300mg, r - cin 625mg, benadon 40mg, augmentin 625mg) only for 5 to 10 days that to interrupted. and its been almost 2 months that am not taking any medicines and fever is not there but coughing has increased ( dry ), pain in left side of chest, blurred vision and mild headaches.Has its been evovled in multi drug resistent or xtreme drug resistent?
