please tell me the side affects of taking proge triest thank you ## Hello, Bunny! How are you? Progesterone is a hormone, so it tends to wake up the estrogen receptors in your body, when you start taking it and that could cause you to experience side effects, such as nausea, headache, weight gain, fluid retention, menstrual spotting and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My mom recently went off triest because of the cancer causing agent. She was on it for 20 yrs and switched to biest. Her body is responding in very negative ways (she is having a significantly lower heart rate, ear ringing and weakness). Is this something that dhea can help with temporarily?

I have noticed hair loss when shampooing hair. I was taking a pill c-triest.progesterone 2mg/100mg. Took for 6 months and got off of it for 3 months, Started taking again in January. Could any of this cause hair loss? ## Hello, Lily! How are you? Yes, the estrogens can cause hair loss, especially if they are the dominant hormone. You may want to speak to your doctor about making some dosage adjustments, such as raising the progesterone and/or lowering the estrogens. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks for your help.
