I have been to several doctors about my knees,I can barely walk at times and its so hard for me to stand at work..ive inquired about the cortisone shots but no one wants to help,all they give is pills that don't help much at all!! Will taking diclofenac/misoprostol separately (generics for the drugs in Arthrotec) be as effective as taking them combined as one pill. It will be much less expensive to take 2 generics. ## It's possible, but hard to say, have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist about this? The Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and the Misoprostol is there, really, just to help protect your stomach from the irritation and damage it may cause. Some of the most common side effects of using this include: nausea, drowsiness, headaches and diarrhea. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees. I recently heard of, and tried, Arthi-D, and it works very well. I live in Canada and other than ordering from the manufacturer (at a minimum of $50 per bottle), I cannot find it anywhere, except on Amazon, which is currently out of stock. I seem to be doing fine with the xarelto, but my arthritis is killing me without my prescription pain reliever, Arthrotec. Does anyone take arthrotec with Xarelto? If not, what pain killer can I take? I tried an opiod and it made me foggy and unsteady on my feet. I ordered arthri-d one day and tried to cancel the next. The company's customer service department will not answer. 7 times now I have called. This will go to my bank to be removed as soon as they send the order. My word of advice is don't buy unless you know all.

I share this experience in the hope of helping others who are suffering similar problems as a result of either Covid vaccines or the virus itself. Not long after my third Covid shot I started getting pins and needles in my fingers and hands. I blamed poor circulation at first but the problem quickly grew to severe pain in my hands and fingers, and trigger finger. The pain got so bad I consulted my GP who referred me to a specialist, who prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs.
