I'm a male, 30 yrs old. My doctor recommended me Trenaxa mf. I wanna know what this is used for? ## i went to a dermatologist for acne and post acne scar treatment and was prescribed tranexemic acid 500 tablets, when i looked up for its uses i havn't found its use for acne mentioned anywhere, i would like to know the ude of this drug in acne particularly and other skin treatments ## All I know regarding tranexamic acid in regards to acne is that is sometimes can be found in creams that are supposed to whiten old acne marks (something do to with post inflamatory hyperpigmentation). It could be something to do with this. I didnt realise that they prescribed it in tablet form for acne. ## Is C tranex available in drug stores? Where can I buy it?

Hey! I'm just a little concerned because i am anemic and have been bleeding down there for almost a year now. The doctors have given me Cyklokapron. Gyn prescribed primolut and tranexamic acid to start on day one of my period to increase blood count before myomectomy on the 23rd of October. ## Hello, Susan! How are you? How low was your blood count? These should lessen how much you bleed on your period, if you bleed, at all. I was 6 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage. Since then I have been seeing clumps of blood dropping. My doctor now prescribed primulot N along with tranexamic acid. After taking solo D20 and patanjali kumaryasava my period is irregular. My period occurred 2 times in a month. The 1st time my period was only 4 days and after 11 days again I got my period. It was quite heavy. My doc. suggested I take trenaxa 500 (10 tablets for 5 days) and ovral G for 21 days from the 5th day of my next period.. I am 8 weeks pregnant and scan showed blood clot in the uterus. my Dr prescribed tranexa 500 to be taken morning and night for 8 days. What is the substitute for the same in case not availabale here ## Pause contains the active ingredient Tranexamin Acid, which is commonly used to help stop bleeding. Another brand name for this medication is "Cyklokapron". If you don't have any luck finding "Pause", I would suggest searching under that name as well as for "Tranexamin Acid".
