I need 2 know, what these pills look like. ## They are tiny, yellow, and round. ## Actually, there is NO possible way to describe ALL of them that are on the market, or post pictures of them. Dialudid is also available as a generic, Hydromorphone, once these are on the market, they are made by MANY different companies and how the tablets look is ENTIRELY up to the manufacturers, there is NO rule stating they all have to be the same size, shape or color. Crystal may have seen tiny, yellow round ones, but I have seen large, oval white ones, the size can also vary according to dose.
