Thyronorm Tablet During Pregnancy

Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant. My TSH thyroid level has come 308.2 in blood test during 6th week which is very high as compared to normal levels. I was not having any symptoms before conceiving so never consulted doctor. we got to know about TSH level only during blood test when I got pregnant..and it came 308.2, then we retested it again on empty stomach but it came 332..Doctor was wondering how i conceived at such high level of TSH. We have then consulted another physician. Doctor has prescribed 100 mcg thyronorm tablets (which I am taking everday on empty stomach) and suggested for retest after 1 month. i am using thyronorm 75mcg once in a day for last 3 years.. Can i go for pregnancy?what are the chances of getting pregnant? I am 19 weeks pregnant. I had 2 early miscarriages before. This time my doctor prescribed me the following tablets from 6th week of pregnancy and ask me to continue until 30weeks. 1. My age is 25 years old.and i have a child which age is 2year i have been taking thoronmon 50 mg during since pregnancy and before pregnancy my weight was 50 kg.but today my weight is only 35 kg and also reduce my breast size very speedly. My other all reports are normal like chest x ray ,ultra sound etc. My tsh leval is 7.88 and t3 and t4 leval in range.my mainly concern is that how to stop reduced the weight and breast And cup size and how to increse my weight and breast size.please help me.r ## Hi, u can take thyronorm 50 mcg to increase your weight. If u r suffering from Hyperthyroidism then 50 mcg will definitely increase your weight as it will make your metabolism correct. Hi, due to some reason I delayed the pregnancy check up and when done during 9th week I was diagnosed with hypothyroid problem with TSH level 8.9. And started taking thyroform tablet of 50mcg daily as per doctor's advise.. My question is because of delayed treatment will it affect the fetal development, or will it be normal?

I am taking 1 tab on an empty stomach - I was 4 months pregnant when the thyroid was detected, the doctor told me to continue since in some people thyroid is detected during pregnancy.
