The pill is a round, white, small tablet. On one side is the letter A then a line then the number 306. 1/4 inch round white pill PA on one side 306 on the reverse side ## I was unable to located a pill with the marking PA 306; however I did locate PA 307 (10 mg), PA 308 (25 mg), and PA 309 (50 mg), which are Hydroxyzine HCL pills. Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety. I found a blue capsule with the markings 3060 on it with white powder in it, what is it? ## Is the marking R 3060 on both halves of the capsule? If so, then this contains 20mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts in an extended release formulation, it's a generic for Adderall XR that's commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, anorexia, irritability and weight loss. Is there anything else I can help with?

It's a white pill with an oval shape and has an inscription 'SZ 20' on one side. Can someone please help me identify this med? ## I have discovered that this medication is manufactured by Sandoz Canada. We do have some resources for Canadian drugs, but they haven't been manufacturing and distributing there for that long, so this isn't listed in our databases, yet. Adderall 20 mg xr (blue capsule) with r3060 on it. This has white beads in it. Is this normal because the orange capsules have orange and white beads in it. ## I can't seem to find a photograph of the pill, but I can confirm that your blue capsule imprinted with "R 3060" is identified as Amphetamine + Dextroamphetamine extended release 20 mg. These ones are manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth LLC, so yes, they are real. Manufacturers can also change the look of a pill without any prior notice. So it's difficult to say whether or not these blue ones are commonly prescribed among the other color(s). It's actually Codeine and Hydrocodone, so yes, they are different, though both are narcotics. These tablets are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 2065 on it as containing 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Codeine is a rather weak opiate, so they Hydrocodone is much stronger. Along with being habit forming, their typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. I recently got R3060 blue caps. They have like an orange bead color, but I keep hearing it's supposed to be white powder or just white. I need to know what color/colors the beads themselves come in. Need to know the bead color of the 3061 capsule ## @jake, I'm not sure about "R 3061", but "R 3060" contains WHITE beads and is the 20mg extended release version from the same manufacturer (Actavis)... So odds are that the 30mg 3061 capsule may have the same color beads as the dosage below it. The only differentiating factors I'm aware of are the imprints and the capsule color itself. However I've also heard about Adderall capsules containing peach colored beads as well as combinations of orange and white together. If you have one why don't you open it up and check?
