Teva Clindamycin

My dentist prescribed me 300 mgs of Teva-Clindamycin (1 every 6 hours) as I have been experiencing some pain in my teeth/left jaw area for the past 3 weeks. I was taking acetaminophen to help relive some of the pain. I want to start taking the Clindamycin but the acetaminophen tablet is still in my system for another hour or so. Can I take the Clindamycin before or should I wait it out until acetaminophen is out of my system? Also, it doesn't say on the bottle to take until finished. Unfortunately I won't be able to provide you with any details on that pill because Novopharm has been aquired by Teva and has removed all of their website and information pertaining to their products.
